Return Policy and Trials

Puku Pouch wants you to be happy with your carrier. If you have any problems using the carrier please initially refer to the instructional DVD that comes with each carrier. If this doesn't help feel free to contact us for trouble shooting.

Returns:

Most Puku Pouch carriers are custom made, we pride ourselves on making our carriers to order for each customer. However this does mean that there are many, many unique colour and pattern combinations which makes on - selling returns difficult. Not everyone loves the same combinations! For this reason Puku Pouch does not accept returns on custom made orders.

In stock and Artisan carriers may be returned by posting a maximum of one week from arrival. (Email Puku Pouch to find out current in stock carrier availability, selection maybe limited) The customer pays for return postage, and Puku Pouch will refund the cost of the carrier minus a $10 restocking fee. Alternatively you can exchange your credit for other Puku Pouch products and the $10 restocking fee will be disregarded. The carrier must reach Puku Pouch in new condition, not washed or stained. Failure to do this will mean a full refund is not possible. A refund will then be subject to damage, or not at all.

Should your carrier arrive with a fault Puku Pouch will refund your money completely including any postage costs. Depending on the fault the carrier may be offered at a discount to the customer as a second. There is no obligation to take up this offer.

Trails:
If you live in the Christchurch area phone Natasha to organise a trial, although I will be honest and say there are often not enough hours in my day to do these!

If you are in Auckland try www.slingbabies.co.nz, they have a sling library with a Puku Pouch Wrap in it - although they only meet once a month.

If you live elsewhere I can try and connect you with a previous customer who is willing to share the babywearing love!
