Puku Pouch Pack

The Puku Pouch Pack is designed to follow on from the wrap carrier – although it can be used form birth
(see FAQ for more on this).
Our load bearing capacity is mainly on our hips – 85%. This is why the Puku Pouch Pack distributes weight predominantly to the hips. The Puku Pouch Pack can even be used to carry heavy children, you choose when you stop using it - usually till around 3 years.

Western framepacks and frontpacks place undue pressuer on the spine and groin due to the straddle posistion the child is placed in.

In a Puku Pouch Pack the child is supported well in the optimum 'froggie/squat' position with their weight off the spine and groin.

The Puku Pouch Pack can be worn on the front facing in and out (legs in), on the back and on the hip. All positions are explained on the instructional DVD that comes with every Puku Pouch Pack.

The Puku Pouch Pack comes in three stylish colours, and matching NZ themed prints. Limited edition Artisan colours and prints are also available. As with all Puku Pouch products the Puku Pouch Pack is 100% NZ made with natural products including NZ wool padding, a welcome change from toxic foam padding.
